5. Transformative Coaching
Transformation is this metamorphosis from one form to another form. A transformation from caterpillar to butterfly can be similar to the transformation that can occur in creative work and life. It starts by setting an intention to go through these metamorphoses in order for this change to occur. It is in this cocoon stage where this shift occurs in body, mind and thought --- change is inevitable. An example of this change can occur when a person breaks away from old stories that they have lived day in, and day out. When the person goes through this metamorphoses in their life they go through a change where they are ready to fly and be free. We are not meant to be caterpillars, but butterflies.
To be transformative involves a perspective shift in how you relate to yourself, your belief system, and your lifestyle. As a result the person experiences a paradigm-shift. A shift in where they are, to the person they want to become.
The transformative process involves a person’s own spiritual awakening. Spirituality can be experienced differently for each person. It could be the act of making art, the way you live out your day, the way you put care into things, how you view God, or it could be your relationship to others.
Transformative coaching with Shaqe is the synthesis of assisting the person to experience a transformation within their creative work and lifestyle. It is a process that uses the intuition, in order to let go of patterns that may not be working, and embark on patterns, and a perspective that does work.
